Industrial Derinding Machines & Commercial Membrane Removal Systems

Stripping tough rinds and fine membranes from primal cuts manually is a slow, erratic process that limits plant throughput and heavily slashes your final profit margins. CM Machine Services is a trusted distributor in Canada Ontario for elite NOCK equipment. NOCK is a family-ran business located in Germany, manufacturing and selling modern high-class machines for the food processing industry worldwide since 1990. Built for non-stop, high-velocity production lines, these systems bring unparalleled mechanical precision to modern fabrication rooms.

By combining world-renowned German engineering with robust processing automation, our derinding and skinning solutions maximize meat recovery yields, decrease manual operator handling, and guarantee a uniform finished product appearance across every shift.

German High-Class Workmanship, Multi-Species Skinning, and Modular Safety Engineering

Relying on outdated mechanical trimmers can cause expensive product giveaway and uneven rind removal. The highly versatile NOCK product range covers all precision trimming operations from: derinding, membrane removal, Doner and Gyros cutting, circular blade cutting, fish skinning, poultry skinning, and scale ice makers. Utilizing specialized blade geometry and dynamic, spring-loaded pressure rollers, these systems cleanly separate rigid pork rinds or paper-thin beef silver-skin without bruising or gouging the underlying high-value lean muscle tissues.

Continuous innovation guarantees that your processing floor stays fully ahead of evolving regulatory compliance codes. In close contact with food processing plants and specialized distributors like CM Machine Services, the machines are constantly further developed to match real-world floor conditions. The latest engineering views looked at for future development are strictly based on maximizing hygiene and safety standards given today’s demanding environment. Furthermore, NOCK can offer German high-class workmanship at highly interesting prices due to their advanced modular construction, modern production methods, and strict cost management systems, bringing premium European durability to Canadian plants at an accessible cost profile.
