Meat Press

The meat press is a novel device with various applications in the meat and catering industry. It is used for smashing various meats to obtain slices of the same thickness from 0.5 cm to 3 cm. A special structure of the plate and the tray ensure that the meat will still be juicy. Cleaning this machine is also not complicated - two easy-to-disassemble components for the meat press are washed. The device was also equipped with security systems. The meat press has a stop button, as well as a top and front cover, which fully complies with Health and Safety standards.

The meat press greatly accelerates and facilitates an onerous process of tenderising/stretching various products in a time-saving and cost-efficient manner.

This smashing machine can successfully pound all meat types:

  • beef for beef roulades, tenderised cutlets, beefsteaks,
  • pork for pork chops, pork roulades, steaks, schnitzels,
  • poultry for breasts coated with breadcrumbs, chicken Kiev (côtelette de volaille)
