Mixer with Wheels and Variable Speed

Machine for the milk heating and processing, for the production of cheese with a continuous motion.

It has a particularly soft movement, controlled in order to reproduce the manual gesture.

It possesses a series of adjustments, which offer the possibility to be very precise in the settings.

Very solid and entirely made of stainless steel.

Characteristics:

  • Heating and processing of the milk at any speed and with great delicacy.
  • Gradual and gentle curd cutting, very similar to the manual cutting thanks to its special curd cutter.
  • Cleaning of the copper vats with a special cleanser.
  • Available with electronic speed regulator or mechanical one at 48V.
  • Stainless steel cover for the gearmotor (on the model with inverter).
  • Total protection equipment, with safety switch or cover and emergency stop on the gearmotor.
