The Stage 1 Pre-Crusher is the powerhouse of the industrial bone processing line. Engineered for massive torque and durability, it serves as the primary breakdown unit for large carcass parts, frozen blocks, and heavy skeletal structures.
With a massive capacity of 10-15 Tons per hour, it effortlessly reduces difficult raw materials into manageable 30mm – 120mm chunks, preparing them for fine grinding.
Input Capability: Heavy-Duty Raw Material
The Starting Point: Unlike standard grinders, this machine is designed to accept large, difficult inputs that would break other equipment.
It features a low-speed, high-torque design specifically engineered to crush:
- Fresh Whole Bones: Beef femurs, knuckles, and tibia.
- Frozen Blocks: Easily breaks down solid frozen pallets.

Unlike standard grinders, the Pre-Crusher operates at a low speed (25 RPM) with immense torque. This design allows it to "chew" through hard, heavy bones without stalling or overheating.
- 3CR13 Stainless Steel Blades: Massive 30mm thick blades designed to withstand high-impact loads.
- Low Speed / High Torque: Running at just 25 RPM prevents "bone bounce" and ensures positive engagement with large items like cattle femurs.
