Batter Mixer Machine – IV
This machine can mix the powder and water evenly with a specialized blender designed specifically. Can be used to either mix tempura batter or to mix high viscosity batter.
Features:
- Advanced program design can allow for high, low, and speed mixing
- Liquid finishing alarm cycling; avoids the deposition of the batter.
- Double layer mixing tank which allows for the ice block or other cooling medium to be placed within to keep the temperature. (10～20℃)
- The pump can feed the battering machine automatically.
- Reliable and safe protection device using SIEMENS electric parts.
- Completely stainless steel made, in conformity with the standard HACCP.
