Ice Water Coating Machine

The ice water coating machine is used to evenly form a thin layer of ice on the surface of the products by blending water with air. It will produce a fog which can be sprayed onto the surface of the products, keeping the water from excessively vaporizing when cooling the meat to guarantee it stays fresh and tender.
