Serum Extractor for Cheese

It is the ideal tool to eliminate whey and other residual liquids (e.g. wash water) from each container.

Easy to use, it sucks through a blower, coupled to the machine, which creates the vacuum inside the aspirator and sucks the liquid outwards and perfectly dries the treated surfaces.

The machine is entirely built in stainless steel AISI 304 and has different capacities depending on the needs (q.li 8 - 10 - 12 - 15). It is suitable to be used in food environments and allows to greatly improve the suction work:

• of the whey;

• of the residual crumb;

• of the washing water;

The machine can be used to vacuum any type of liquid, food or not, if it is non-flammable, non-corrosive and not explosive.

It can also be used to aspirate solid elements with a diameter not exceeding 1 cm² as the aspirator is designed to allow the heavier particles, once sucked, to settle into the filtration bag and to remain separated from the liquid.
