The smoking chamber is designed for the thermal processing of cold cuts, meats, poultry, fish and cheese. The basic processes include: drying, smoking, scalding, roasting and chilling. The modular design ensures uniform temperature and color throughout the chamber.

Advanced Control: Equipped with Mikster MCC-100 or INDU iMAX 500 microprocessor with process recording.
Industrial Floor: 5mm thick steel floor designed for the heaviest industry trolleys.
Safety: Security release system allows chamber to be opened from the inside.
