Gaser SK-8000 Automatic Skewer Machine

• Separators are used to limit the length of product in the mold chamber, as well as pushing the product together as the skewer enters.
• The maximum dice/portion that can be used is a 30x30x30mm, but the machine will be able to adjust if it is a little bit bigger such as 2-3 millimeters more
• The average market measurements are 22- and 35-mm meat dices.
