Designed for flexible food processing applications with configurable fryer sizes, conveyor styles, frying methods, oil handling systems and electrical options.
Our continuous conveyor fryers are built for applications such as corn chips, tortilla chips, potato chips, banana chips, french fries, breaded chicken products, seafood, vegetables and other prepared foods. The two main fryer formats we offer are direct immersion frying and flotation frying with propeller control.

Main Fryer Formats
Our main fryer range is built around two primary frying formats depending on product behavior and process requirements.

Format A – Direct Immersion Frying
![]() Product enters directly into the oil for continuous frying. This format is suitable for many bulk products, coated products, vegetables, nuts, snack foods and breaded items where controlled immersion between conveyor belts is required.

Format B – Flotation with Propeller Control
![]() Designed for flotation frying, immersion frying, or mixed frying by combining flotation and immersion in one process. This format uses propeller-assisted product movement and is well suited for chips, potatoes, banana chips and tortilla chips.

In addition to our two main fryer formats, additional configurations are also available for specialized applications.

Controlled Entry Immersion
![]() Product is guided smoothly into the oil using a controlled conveyor entry for gentler handling and more stable immersion.

Flotation with Product Turning
![]() Designed for floating products that require controlled turning during frying to improve even frying and product presentation.

Conveyor Belt Options

Wire Belt
![]() Standard wire belt for products that do not fall through larger openings. Typical spacing is approximately 1/4 inch. Commonly used for chicken fingers, nuggets and similar formed items.

Mesh Belt
![]() Fine mesh belt, typically about 5 mm spacing, suitable for smaller products such as chips, nuts and other snack items that may fall through larger gaps.

Roller / Agitation Belt
![]() Designed for products that require agitation during frying to help prevent sticking, improve separation and support more even frying.
