Designed for flexible food processing applications with configurable fryer sizes, conveyor styles, frying methods, oil handling systems and electrical options.

Our continuous conveyor fryers are built for applications such as corn chips, tortilla chips, potato chips, banana chips, french fries, breaded chicken products, seafood, vegetables and other prepared foods. The two main fryer formats we offer are direct immersion frying and flotation frying with propeller control.

Main Fryer Formats

Our main fryer range is built around two primary frying formats depending on product behavior and process requirements.

Format A – Direct Immersion Frying
Direct immersion conveyor fryer
Product enters directly into the oil for continuous frying. This format is suitable for many bulk products, coated products, vegetables, nuts, snack foods and breaded items where controlled immersion between conveyor belts is required.
Format B – Flotation with Propeller Control
Flotation fryer with propeller control
Designed for flotation frying, immersion frying, or mixed frying by combining flotation and immersion in one process. This format uses propeller-assisted product movement and is well suited for chips, potatoes, banana chips and tortilla chips.

Product is guided smoothly into the oil using a controlled conveyor entry for gentler handling and more stable immersion.
Flotation with Product Turning

Designed for floating products that require controlled turning during frying to improve even frying and product presentation.

Conveyor Belt Options

Wire Belt
Wire belt conveyor fryer
Standard wire belt for products that do not fall through larger openings. Typical spacing is approximately 1/4 inch. Commonly used for chicken fingers, nuggets and similar formed items.
Mesh Belt
Mesh belt conveyor fryer
Fine mesh belt, typically about 5 mm spacing, suitable for smaller products such as chips, nuts and other snack items that may fall through larger gaps.
Roller / Agitation Belt
Roller agitation belt fryer
Designed for products that require agitation during frying to help prevent sticking, improve separation and support more even frying.

Advanced Oil Management

  • Built-In Oil Pump: allows efficient oil transfer, circulation and reuse during operation
  • Movable Oil Storage Tank: simplifies draining, storing, filtering and returning usable oil back into production
  • Dual Filtration System: oil passes through a first stainless steel mesh filter during draining and a second stainless steel mesh filter after passing through the pump
  • Oil Recycling Capability: usable filtered oil can be blended back into operation with fresh oil to support efficient oil usage and maintain product quality
  • High Temperature Operation: oil circulation system is designed to handle temperatures up to approximately 200°C
