Built for continuous food processing with customizable fryer sizes, frying formats, conveyor systems and advanced oil handling options.
Suitable for products such as corn chips, tortilla chips, potato chips, banana chips, french fries, breaded chicken products, seafood, vegetables and other prepared foods. Our main fryer formats are Direct Immersion Frying and Flotation with Propeller Control.

Main Fryer Formats

Format A – Direct Immersion Frying
Product enters directly into the oil for continuous frying. Ideal for many bulk products, coated products, vegetables, nuts, snack foods and breaded items where controlled immersion between conveyor belts is required. |
Format B – Flotation with Propeller Control
Designed for flotation frying, immersion frying, or mixed frying by combining flotation and immersion in one process. Well suited for chips, potatoes, banana chips and tortilla chips. |

Conveyor Belt Options
Each belt type is designed to match specific product characteristics and frying behavior.
Wire Belt
Designed for products that do not fall through larger openings. Typical spacing is approximately 1/4 inch, making it suitable for chicken fingers, nuggets and similar formed products. |
Mesh Belt
Fine mesh belt, typically about 5 mm spacing, ideal for chips, nuts and smaller products that require tighter support during frying. |
Roller / Agitation Belt
Uses agitation during frying to help reduce sticking, improve product separation and support more even frying across the product flow. |
