Fresh or Frozen Meat Grinder CM-160
- Materials in the hopper are pushed to precut plate by the rotation of screw.
- The meat is cut to uniform particles through the relative movement between knife and hole-plate caused by rotary screw.
- The main body and food area are made of quality stainless steel, reasonable structure, reliable performance and low noises.
- Better cut results are also achieved by the usage of knives combinations (pre-cutter, knife, knife with holes, etc.).
- CM-160 is specialized for mincing both fresh and frozen meat.
- To create an excellent meat cutting result, different hole-plates can be selected according to the various processing requirements

Chilled Meat with Bone Processing Guide
Pro-Processing Tips:
- Temperature: Best processed chilled between -5°C to -1°C. This prevents "smearing" and ensures a clean cut.
- Bone Prep: Pre-cut large bones into smaller pieces to prevent jams and reduce machine strain.
- Hole Plates: Recommended for use with 6mm and 13mm plates for bone-in products.
Key Technical Features:
| Reverse Function | Helps to clear jams in case of obstruction which is common when grinding bone. |
| Bone Processing | Cut the bones into smaller pieces to reduce the chance of jamming and to prevents unnecessary strain on the machine |
| Application (Suitable Meat Types) | Fish (with bones), Chilled Poultry (with bones) , Rabbit (with bones) |
| Hole Plates Recommended |
Use 6mm or 13mm hole plates for smooth bone reduction |
Pro Tip: Grinding bone-in product increases blade friction. We recommend keeping an extra set of blades in stock to ensure zero downtime, as frozen bone processing accelerates tool wear
