The PSV PM4 is a professional brine pump injector designed for delicatessens, butcher shops, and meat processors that need higher output, adjustable pressure, and more consistent control during curing and salting applications.
The PM4 provides a theoretical output of 1620 liters per hour, making it the better choice for customers who brine larger batches or use their brine pump more frequently.
The PM4 includes variable pressure control and an integrated manometer, allowing operators to adjust and repeat pressure settings for different products and production requirements.
With a 316L stainless steel pump head, stainless steel monobloc case, noise-reduction plates, and ventilation system, the PM4 is designed for more demanding production environments.

The PM4 is the better choice when the customer needs more production capacity, adjustable pressure, and greater control over the brining process. Compared with the PM3, the PM4 is designed for customers who brine more frequently, process larger batches, or work with different products that may require different pressure settings.
