Single Column Buggy Lifter
Single column lifter for 200 l buggy. Available in left or right execution. The emptying of the buggy takes place over its narrow side of the lifter. Gear motor equipped with an electrical brake. “Hold to run” operation stops the machine if no operator. Safety mechanical brake prevents the fork from falling in case of chain break. Chain drive. Body of stainless steel, material EN 1.4301 / AISI 304. Food approved lubricants. Detectable cable ties. The column lifter complies with the high CE-Requirements and EU- and USDA regulations. Options: fixed chute; 90 º fork, safety fence and mobile execution. Mobile execution is available for lifters with discharge height up to 2500 mm.

1. Machine function: For easy lifting and unloading of 200L and 300L buggies DIN 9797. 2. Technical data: Discharge height: 1620-2220mm (adjustable in five steps - each by 120mm) The Column Loader is mobile execution. Discharge height in mobile execution 1655-2255mm adjustable in 5x120mm steps. The Column loader is equipped with chute, straight both sides. Discharge height with the chute 1400-2000mm adjustable in 5x120mm steps.
3. Execution and operation: Column Loader 300S_K, left execution. The column loader is made entirely out of stainless steel 1.4301, except top and bottom gear wheels as well as the roller chain. Fork constructed for standard 200L and 300L buggies (acc. to DIN The buggies are emptied via the narrow side. The column loader is delivered ready to be adjoined, equipped with all safety electrical devices, including adjustable, upper and lower limit switches. Fork with integrated mechanical lock and mechanical fail safety device. The control panel with three buttons (upward-stop-downward) is integrated on the el box. The upward and downward movement follows a safety switching scheme (Hold to run). The upward and downward movements are driven by a gear motor equipped with a brake and a roller chain connected to the slider and the respective the top and bottom gear wheels. The brake motor prevents the fork from falling during accidental power cut. The column loader is delivered with 5m power cable.
Above 3050 mm lifting height, the machine should be additionally fixed to a wall, ceiling or the machine which is to be loaded!!! The lifter and the surrounding working area to be secured with safety cage. (Strongly recommended) Safety cage is madatory if discharge height (lowest point of fully tilted buggy to floor) is higher than 2500mm. The operator side can be secured with a cage according to the necessary requirements. |
