Why should you use a Vacuum tumbler? A Vacuum tumbler is essential for marinating, coating, and mixing consumable products such as beef, pork, chicken, and seafood to produce a more tender and flavorful product with a better cure color.

CM Machine Services offers various Massager Vacuum tumblers such as continuous massagers, non-continuous tumblers, and temp control message tumblers, suitable for small to large processing plants.

Non-continuous Massagers

Non-continuous massagers are an economical and robust solution to vacuum marinating needs. They are the most bought massager on the market due to the affordable costs on a piece of equipment that is reliable, efficient, and hygienic. Non-continuous means prior to the tumbling process, a vacuum procedure for removal of air to equalize pressure is needed. The operation of doing so is quite simple, once the unit is loaded with product, an external vacuum hose is connected to the vacuum port on the outside of the drum and it is then switched on, allowing the drum to be evacuated. Once the desired vacuum level is reached, the valve on the vacuum port is closed and the pump is turned off. Afterwards, the mixing switch is tuned on and the drum will turn for the time set on the analog timer.

Continuous Massagers

Continuous massagers self-adjust its atmosphere within the drum, maintaining pressure as it is operating. The benefits of having this type of equipment are it saves time in operation due to the inability of having to constantly check the pressure and removing air before operating.

Temperature Control Massager

The temperature control ensures the product within is kept at a good working capacity temperature while the internal massage arm increases to achieve desirable results. The key feature in all our temperature control massage tumblers is the control technology since it offers the ability to control all functions of the machine to the desired needs and wants of the user.
