Ruhle Chop Cutter and Slicer KR2

KR2 accurately cuts and portions pork chops, bacon, ham, sausage, meat, fish, cheese etc. with 220 strokes per minute. Essentially, any products with the functions of portion slicing can be done with with this machine.

Features:

  • Fast and easy cleaning to maintain good hygiene
  • Knives from germany are extermely sharp, allowing for good cutting effects
  • Adjustable gripper helps to fix the material in place with the retaining claw
  • Product chamber with structural surface
  • Textured steel plating for better cutting actions
