Intelligent Size Cutter
The intelligent dicer is a two-dimensional cutting machine. The cutting position can be adjusted by a laser scanning system and a software calculation, which maximizes dice yield and improves the production capacity. It provides complete versatility for cubing of the whole muscle by spiral and circular blades. Has the ability for accurately cutting the meat into strips, steaks, cubes, and dicing. Works on products such as beef, chicken, pork, lamb, seafood, cheese, cooked meat, and other products with a temperature of less than -2℃. It can be combined with the horizontal slicer for accurate sizing of cutting 3D products.

The first blade cut is with a fixed length but has the ability of removal.
To avoid wasting of raw material, the length of the material is equally divided by a software analytical calculation.
The parameter setting has the ability to do two different cutting dimensions.
Ex. The front dimension a, the end dimension b.
Customized weight and size cutting can be made by sensor changes.
